Listen, I get it.  I’m a busy mom too.  I live off of coffee to make up for sleepless nights.  I rarely get enough time to myself to go to the bathroom, let alone workout.  My kids prefer to eat off of my plate too, that is, if I get to sit down for a meal.  This is why I develop quick, effective workouts that can be done anywhere and are tailored to your lifestyle and schedule.  As an NCCPT Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I use the Science of being a trainer and coach, and intuition of being a mom to make practical, feasible workouts and nutrition plans.

I can’t promise that you will lose “30 pounds in 30 days”, and it will not come in a pill.  It’s not magic, or a miracle diet from some far away land.  You also won’t be eating cabbage all day long, or drinking teas promising to “detox” your, umm… insides.

But, I will promise that you will get results eating the healthy foods you love and exercising in a way that is enjoyable for you and your body.  We will work together at your current level, use your abilities and strengths, as well as the resources that you have But, I will promise you this, you will learn a lot about yourself and your health while making progress towards your goal.  Still not sure?  Read what women, moms, and wives like you are saying, here!

  • First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
    I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your
    thoughts before writing. I have had a difficult time clearing
    my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure
    in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend
    to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to
    begin. Any recommendations or hints? Thanks!

      Thank you! I always come up with my blog post ideas at the weirdest times, so I email myself a blurp or thought I have and come back to it when I have time to write. To center myself, I pour a cup of coffee or tea and put down the main idea first and develop around it. I hope that helps!
