Happy Motivation Monday!  I know I say this a lot, but this week’s workout is quick and intense.

For 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest do:

2 lunges + 1 squat

burpees

mountain climbers

sumo tuck jump*

repeat 3 times

*(start with legs wide and jump them up into your chest like a tuck)
