This week’s workout is strength based, but don’t worry with the short rest your heart rate will get up there too! Enjoy!

Do this circuit five times with 30 seconds rest between each movement:

Diamond Push-Ups x 10
Single Leg Squat with Rear Foot Elevated (AKA Bulgarian Split Squat) x 8/leg
Plank Hold 45 Seconds
