Happy #MotivationMonday! This week’s home workout is a fun little cardio piece to burn fat and calories (Christmas cookies?!?)

Do 4-6 sets of:
1 minute High Knees followed by
10 Bench Dips
20 Step-Ups
30 Sprinter Sit-Ups
(no rest between!)

You can do bench dips and step-ups on a step or chair if you are doing this in your living room. Enjoy!
