#MotivationMonday ~ Guns, Coffee, Squats, and a Free Workout

A few mornings a week I get to workout with two fabulous women.  During that time we lift heavy and (reluctantly) bang out some cardio, all while sipping on coffee and chatting about life.  Yesterday’s discussion ranged from chewing gum, to breakfast, to carrying concealed weapons.  Super cool.

And it was so much fun I thought I would share our conditioning piece with you.  You may want to use a dumbbell or kettlebell if you have one handy.   Anyway, this week’s home workout is…

3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:

60 Flutterkicks

30 Step Ups

30 Russian Twists

8 DB Snatches per Arm

100m Waiter’s Walk

 

Looks like fun, right???  Great!  So, go grab a fabulous friend and some coffee, and hit this while basking the awesomeness of each other’s company!
