Happy Monday!  Today’s workout is a quick (as always) and fun (as always) one that will help you get a strong, flat core! Check it out…

Do this as fast as you can with little or no rest between reps and sets:

100 Mountain Climbers
80 Flutterkicks
60 Sit-Ups
40 Skater Lunges
20 Man Makers

Want a greater challenge? Rest 3 minutes and do it again!
