#MotivationMonday ~ 1 Minute Intervals

This week’s workout is quick and dirty.  If you can hang for all 5 rounds, then you are my hero.  You can do this one right in your living in 15 minutes or less and, I promise, it is a fat scorcher!

Do Burpees for 1 Minute
Do Lunges for 1 Minute
Hold a Plank for 1 Minute

No rest between, just keep cycling every minute for 4-5 rounds.

Yes, it looks so simple. But it is rough!  This is a fast, effective workout to burn fat and lose weight.
