Home Workout with Bands

One of the many perks of working in the health and fitness industry is getting new equipment to try out.  The folks over at ZojiFit sent me these bands and they are awesome.  The first workout I tried was a quick, upper-body routine at home.  I love these bands, they are so versatile and provide the perfect resistance to get in the 12-15 rep range for toning and fat burning.  You will also notice by the prominence of the baby bump, that anyone can do these exercises, including expecting mamas!

OK so here’s the workout:

  1.  Front Raises superset with Lateral Raises – 12-15 of each back and forth for 3 sets.




2. Bicep curls superset with Tricep kickbacks.  12-15 reps x 3 sets.



3. Single Arm Rows.  8-12 reps x 3 sets.


4. Double row 12-15 reps x 3 sets, then a fourth set to burnout.

This is one of my favorite upper body exercises!
