#MotivationMonday ~ Death by Burpees


It is the New Year!  Are you tired of hearing that yet?  OK, well then let’s get to it!  These burpees aren’t going to do themselves, right?!?!  🙂  Today’s workout is so much “fun”…

Death By Burpees

With a running clock, do 1 burpee the first minute, then when the second minute starts do two burpees.  At the top of the third minute do three burpees, four at the fourth minute, and so on until you can not get that number of burpees done in a minute. So, if you get to minute 13 and only get 12 burpees in, then the workout is over.  Got it?  Minutes one, two, and three will be smooth sailing, but watch how quickly this workout turns on you! This is one of my favorites and I hope you love it too!  Really push and see how far you can take yourself!
